New PSU for rig

What is this one like?

Sounds like the ball bearings are broken on that psu, and it should be possible to just replace the fan. Your set up doesnt need that mutch power, so a decent 550W+ should cut it. If you can afford i would recomend you the Corsair AX650/750/850

It is not the fan. I have taken it out and loaded the system up and still did it.

It is something on the PCB moving around.

The GPU also has problems when under load and starts to crash.

Ok. If you still have warranty on it, you could try and RMA it. How mutch are you willing to pay for a new psu?

It is in warranty still.

I sent it back a while ago for them to say it is fine..

If you cant afford the Corsair HX/AX series then maybe just go for that CM psu. Aria had very few psu's to chose from. Did u see this one Be quiet Many members here who say they are good quality and very silent.

You should definitely be able to return that for a full refund - it sounds terrible. No wonder OCZ gave up making PSU's...
