Hey,

Looking at replacing my Nokia 6280 :worship:

nokia-6280_0.jpg

It's been a gooden and i've had it for around 3 years i think but now it's age is showing.

I'm looking for a new flashy / high-tech phone that will last me the next 3 years.

Requirements;

- Pay as you go.

- Wireless

- Touch screen

- Expansion slot for media

- Game compatible**

- Lots of fun apps / extras that i can mess with

- Around £100

** Games is an important feature for me as i'd like to mess around with it :nono: and use it as more of an anti-bordem thing rather than an actual phone for journeys and such.

We all know miniclip right? Would it be possible to get them sort of games to work on my phone?

Any help / recommendations / personal experiences very welcome :D

Thank you!

ive got a samsung tocco lite, my phone crapped on me and i only had £100 and got this about 4 months ago from phones for u for £95 with £18 credit (vodaphone) that i used to buy all the games on it (brain training game and who wants to be a millionaire and a bubble type game) so i could put my o2 sim back in it, its a really good phone :)

unfortunately it doesnt, but i never use the internet on my phone so that wasnt an issue for me, and to be honest mate i dont know what phones for £100 will have wifi on them

the tocco was one i was considering but i'd like WiFi on it.

May i ask what games it has on it / can get on it.

on it just now its got

Asphalt 4 (looks like the old outrun game)

Bubble Popper

Google Maps (not a game but its an app as u can guess)

WiseStar (match 3 type game)

Brain Challenge

BrickBreaker

Diamond Twister (another match 3 game i think havent played it)

and Millionaire 3 (who wants to me a millionaire game its addictive as hell)

the games it has installed are java so i presume you can play/download other java games on it, never downloaded any extra ones myself as i dont really use it for playin games

cant say i did mate, i only had 2 conditions it was a touch screen and £100 or less, the guy in the shop for £100 told me that it was between the best 3 for that price the tocco lite, lg cookie and viewty lite (and he recommended the tocco cause the cookie always breaks and the viewty is 2 year old tech)

LG cookie is rated similar to the tocco, so the tocco is better?

It's a definate option but with out WiFi it's not much more use than my 6280, do you get 'apps' on it>?

ive never actually handled a cookie myself but from what i hear they break all the time and i wanted a trouble free phone, period, this ones worked flawlessly since they day i got it, as regards to apps ive never bothered downloading or lookin for any a quick google search should give you a pretty good answer
