New Members: Post your introduction!

Hi :)
New to this forum but have been others a while. I've seen and enjoyed quite a few youtube videos from OC3D, in fact that is how I came to register on this forum.

Right, I'm an old guy compared to most here I guess. I've been bodybuilding for many years though not lately due to injuries. I love dogs, me and the fiance have two dobermann's that are like our kids(we haven't gotten to that part yet of having actual kids lol).

I've built stereo stuff for years, none the last year though, everything from D/A-converters to Digital power amplifiers, Tube amplifiers and everything between.

Just finished my first custom loop a few days ago, in fact it's my first watercooling.
Really happy with it :)

Lets see, what else?
Can't think of anything now, just ask if you want to know something else about me :)

Hi guys,
I'm new here, cheers to everyone :)

btw, I'm trying to find out where to go to make a signature, but can't find the option! :P

Please have a superior new year all at Oc3d. Love Timo

Hello, my name is Alan and I am new here, but I am not new to the tech community's , this forum seem special and I hope to be learning from and helping other members. I am 73 and retired from IBM R&D after 35 years.

Hey folks. Just introducing myself. AngryGoldfish from Ireland. Become interested in system building around a year ago. I imagine its consumption of my life will continue.

Hello all, I'm from Romania, friends call me Pirate, got into computers when Windows 3.1 was around. Hope to get along here just fine.

Hello all,

Long-time lurker, I've been enjoying the detailed tech and hilarious jokes for quite a while. I've recently been reading a lot more of the wealth of overclocking and modding information that everyone contributes on here as I gear up for some of my own projects.

I'm an architect in a little-known state in the US, Rhode Island. I'm hoping to be able to contribute with my experience as a mechanic, some brief stints in IT positions and long-time mediocre 3d artist.

Most of my builds over the past few years have been architecture/engineering workstations across all sizes and budgets, so I've gotten a good collection of data on performance related to the usual AEC programs on a range of hardware.

I'm very interested in getting into some custom watercooling with the end goal of fabricating a case to house a workstation / gaming system.
Sorry for the wall of text, looking forward to interacting with everyone finally!
