Welcome to the forums all of the new members.

@ StarvationPlan, if your building a new system, do yourself a favor and forget AMD at the moment. Get yourself an Intel I7 cpu, X58 board and 6 gig of decent memory. Prices have come down a bit and you wont regret it. The Intel I7 is a tri channel cpu which is great for overclocking, but even at stock, with a decent non stock cooler, it is a very fast and efficient cpu and miles ahead of AMD's current offerings.
