ocz pc4400 EL Gold Extreme 2x512

and thinking about a cpu as well what do u guys recomend.

wanting some very good overclocks here. please help.

would a prescot be any good.

Same memory and mobo

I have the same mobo and memory and my memory topped out at 278FSB 1:1 @3.05V before memtest86 started finding errors. Not sure if you could order a new chip with any certainty and get a better o/c than you already have, not even the 3.4EE - all a bit of a gamble with whatever cpu

i think i would for a 2.8b prescott, overclocked at 4.3 (21x213) with aggressive timings.

but if you like high fsbs. then a 3.0c

i just found a 2.8b (533) presscott for £110, combined with my excellent 1gig of ocz pc3200 bh6, i should be able to get 30seconds in super pi, maybe less.

great choice of kit mate, ive got the same mem and board, my mem does 280fsb @ 2.85 rock stable. aint ad the chance 2 push it and further as im waitin on ocz need memory booster thingy . as for chips if ur goin for a pressie try and get hold on a d0 steppin, they are very hard 2 find but are great overclockers!
