New joiner, New Ryzen build

So nice! It's all the little touches that make this build real eye candy, the only thing I can see that lets it down are the RGBs of the Trident X. They just look out of place. Kudos on a great build though.

Ive actually considered swapping it out for Corsair LPX white for that very reason!

Thanks though

Stealth: I've found Darkside fittings to be a MUCH better buy, but I'm Canadian and they're local. Same quality as Bitspower, half the cost, and no dragon tattoo. :) Daz is slowly expanding that lineup, so it's not as "complete" as Bitspower, but he's got black / white / chrome fittings for 12/16mm, 90's, etc. All double o-ring too.

Thanks, I will look them up now

She sure is stunning. Absolutely envious! Treat her well:)

Haha I will! Thanks

Well, seems I was lying, it isn't finish at all!

Reason?

I wasn't happy with the black RGB ram and initially wanted to try and sell them and grab a set of Avexir Raiden, one place in the UK sells them and they're f. expensive and zero correspondence from Avexir themselves when I messaged them .....

Oh well, painting time!

Now this was a pain in the rear, I started these on Monday, spent a few hours, an hour yesterday and an hour today, think this was down to a few reasons:

1) Brushed anodised aluminium ...
2) British humidity at the moment due to all the summer rain

But I got there in the end - well the painting that is, I still need to apply the finishing touch

Nice job! Better solution too IMO, since that pretty Avexir ram probably has worse specs than the G.Skill's.

Ye I got it set to static deep blue now and it looks really good. Will update when theyre finished later in the week. I've reached out to a couple of companies reference sponsorship for a couple of things, will see that goes, but i'm not hopeful (and don't want to name here in case I don't hear anything and make them look ignorant etc)

Worked on my camera technique a little and still have the mod bug. Gonna use acrylic in the front of the case to give it a cleaner look and most likely grab the new monoblock from EK for my board, the VRM's do get turbo hot, there is no heatsink on them (GG Gigabyte) and this case doesn't have the best of airflow (hence the front intake mod)

Cracking build there!! IMHO white lighting would maybe work a little better though as can't really see the colours in the build with the current setup.

Thanks - There is white lighting in there, there are RGB strips set to white down either side of the build - my problem is getting the photo's correct as to capture the colours and light without focusing on the light and washing the colours out.

It really is quite annoying as the photos do not do my work any justice, seriously considering hired help as i'm trying to push towards sponsored builds in the future

Yesterday was a honking day of cutting and filing Acrylic! I spent a good 5 - 6 hours cutting the cable management holes and the hole for the screen. I initially wanted to position the screen horizontally but it was way too close to the 24 pin ATX cable hole and I didn't wanna make a weak point there in the acrylic so I figured I would just go with a portrait orientation will need a whole new sensor panel design in AIDA 64 ....

So the cables are in:

and so is the screen

The acrylic cracked doing the last hole for the GPU cables which flashed me right up until I realised you wouldn't see it once the radiator and everything is installed
