New graphics card

Hello,

I recently bought a Packard Bell Ixtreme I9600 BE
Hardware : Intel cor i7 processor 2600
12gb DDR3 Memory
2TB Hard drive
AMD Readeon HD 6450 2GB

The graphic card isnt strong enough for more demanding games like BF3 and I want to change it. To play it on like medium settins or so with steady frames.
What other graphic cards can i install on this rig that is compatible and ive read that i nead a bigger power suply. Like 500 watt or something.
So if you could suggest me a card and fittin power supply I would apreciate this very much.
