New cooler time

Not sure if I'm doing anything stupid here but looking at the bequiet Dark Rock 3 to replace the stock cooler on my Phenom II processor which is driving me up the wall with the noise these days.

I've got a new case and PSU coming this week ( NZXT H440 white and a Corsair RM550X) with the view to an eventual upgrade to an intel i5 at some point in the next year or so.

Colour scheme is currently planned as white and black but I really don't fancy stumping up the extra for something like a H100i or other 240mm AIOs. What I would like to know is how the Dark Rock 3 is to work with in terms of fitting or if I am missing any other good options that would fit the aesthetics part as well.

I would take a good look at the Cryorig coolers. They are getting great reviews for the prices and quality.

if you want looks go for the cryorig.
If you want slightly better performance go for Noctua.

BeQuiet's mounting system is a pain in the bum

Really liking the look of that H5 universal and it's one of the few that seems to be available in the UK.

The noctua was ruled out unless I got new fans, as good as the heatsinks are, with the new case having a window the colour wouldn't work which is a bit of a shame.

Cryorig don't get enough love. Especially there lower end coolers. Very good they are.
