New build

Due to not being one of the lucky 3 winners i decided to spend some money on some new parts.



They are:

Case : Sharkoon Tauron Red

PSU : Corsair HX650

GPU : MSI 6970 Twin Frozer 2gb

CPU : AMD Phemon X6 1090t

Ram : Corsair Vengeance Blue 8gb 1600mhz (2x4gb)

Cooling : Corsair H80

Motherboard : MSI 870a-G54

Have also ordered some Bitfenix cable extensions, when they arrive i shall start the build

The Bitfenix Extensions are class man! Definitely needs work putting them behind the motherboard tray though!

Decided i'd show off my case a bit more before i mod it. Intend on painting the mesh red and leaving one of them black to add some contrast. Here is the before photos.

Also forgot to mention i have some white leds coming in and some red 140mm fans too.





Let me know what you think, the case has modular hdd bays so i have removed two sets of two as i only need three hdds. One ssd for boot drive and two x 320gb in raid 0 for storage and steam

Surprisingly it is very sturdy,

Probably one of the best cases i have had other than my tj07

Indeed it is, they are very hard to come by now so good luck getting one lol

I got it from scan about two month ago, is in my current system. Just going to move it into my new build.

Have just been in touch with overclockers.co.uk and have hit a slight hitch as half of the stuff i have ordered isn't in stock. Been told to expect to come on Friday.
