G-sync is perfection. It removes the last limit. The fixed refresh rate of the monitor.
Fast Sync unlocks the GPU limit, but it still locked at a fixed refresh rate.
And if you go from 30-80 FPS in a sec, yes its a problem, but when do yo do that?
Normally you play around X fps +/- 5-10 fps, then the X goes gradually up or down, depending on area.
My screen can go from 30-165Hz. PUBG runs at 140fps +/- 5 in open areas, and lower in citys. In all other Syncs than G-sync. The screen would run at 165Hz and the show the frames at some point when the screen is ready. With G-sync it shows the number of frames i game at.
