What are you planning to cool? GPU, CPU, NB?
Start off looking at the Delta V3, which is generally pretty highly regarded (I certainly recommend it as I've got one).
You probably want an XSPC res top on a DDC ultra.
As for the rad, it depends what you want to cool, but if its only a cpu loop, you're going to be looking at a black ice extreme/ TFC xchanger 240

It depends on what you want to cool and how much you want to spend. If you only cool the cpu then a cpu waterblock like the swiftech apogee gtz with 1366 mounting is a good start. a 260 rad would be sufficient to allow overclocking. also consider the size of your case. will it all fit in. a ddc ultra pump, a reservior of some kind (or a fillport if your stuck for space.) look around the forums and guides.
Right well Ive got one of these here at the moment and what I can tell you is that motherboard is HOT, the full board set is an option but swiftech do a block you can bolt to the stock heatsink which is appealing for the unconfident ones.
No matter what you are going to need a good pump and an awesome rad for single loop, a Thermochill is what you want idealy, but a black ice extreme 360 would do the job with some good fans like Yate Loons.
If you dont want to spend £300 on doing it right Id just buy a decent air cooler and some good fans.
