Sounds ok so far as to ram Corsair, Mushkin or Gskill, Case well what do you like the look of 600T, Storm Stryker, Bit Fenix? In the end you gotta like what ur building into. Good Luck and enjoy ur build.

Welcome to the forums.

Your choices in hardware seem pretty good but I wouldnt spend that much on the motherboard. If youre after the 8 Sata ports, there are far less expensive options. Look at some of the MSI mainboards like the MPower or Z77A-GD65. If youre only going to have 1 SSD and 1 HDD, you would only need 6 Sata ports which leaves room for you to add more drives later.

All round good choices though, particularly if youre gaming and not doing heavy video encoding/rendering.

Yar just make sure you dont get cheesemo 1333Mhz ram. Ivy Bridge loves speed so 1866mhz is really the slowest I would go. 1600 and 1866 are about the same price so its worth an extra $5 to get 1866.

If you get a 600T you may as well push the cooler up to a H100i. Performs a fair bit better, and I think the single rad things look a bit stupid really.

Also PSU wise, I'd only buy fully modular PSUs now. I think they just look so much neater, even in the case of the HX750 when the non-modular cables will be used anyway, I think the fully modular PSUs still look better. Maybe look into Seasonic, Corsair AX series or Silverstone Striders instead. But that's just what I'd do, you may not mind it so much :)

i thought the hx series were modular so ill got a ax series and the h100i i do mind because this is my first build ever so i want to make it as beastly as possible

ok so this is what i have so far can i do anything better to it. i will still go with sli in the future. i don't plan on overclocking (because i don't know how) but if i learn i will.

I'd also say change the SSD for a Crucial M4, or Samsung 830/840 as they tend to be more reliable, and a little faster - but that's up to you.
