NesteQ RubberScrew magnet on EK d5 top SCQ

Hi, I have a 900D case and want to place the pump with EK top on the bottom of the case. Now I was thinking can it be harmful for the pump if I fix these NesteQ RubberScrew magnet on the mounting bracket that is with the EK top. This way I don't need to drill any holes and I can always remove the pump easily when I have to, what do you guys think, can this work.

Already found a other solution, with some brackets. So this can be closed
