So... i recently got my 1055T / MSI Fuzion mobo and my Mushkin 1600MHz ram, and its working amazing but... my GTX 260 is a tad old... and i need a new GPU. I dont care if its ATI or a nVidia. I got around £150 - £200 to spend on a new card, and id probs keep my 260 in the set up aswell (as the MSI can mash any cards together!) Does anyone have any ideas of a nice GPU i can get in that price range would will work nice in games like Crysis 1/2 and warhead, and other FPS / MMO or RPG games out there.

Yea 460 if you want to overclock it. At high resolution gets a 1GB version, otherwise 768MB is enough. If you do choose the 1GB make sure to get one with an after-market cooler.

If you don't want to overclock then get the 6870.

460 GTX < Radeon 6850 < GTX 470 < Radeon 6870 < Radeon 6950 < Radeon 5870 < GTX 480, GTX 570 and Radeon 6970 < GTX 580 and Radeon 5890 (this is based off their average performance but be sure to pick a card that performs the best in the games you play).

The GTX 460 1GB performance is around that of a GTX 285.

The GTX 560 is also due out in 2-3 weeks (or as early as Jan 20th) and should offer a 10% or greater performance over the GTX 460. I would suspect it to target the spot between the Radeon 6870 and Radeon 6950.

The new cards are also DX11 capable so you will be able to play the latest DX11 titles. In addition, titles like WoW, Civ V, and I believe Battlefield BC2 take advantage of some DX11 features to boost their performance over their DX9 and/or DX10 modes. For example, WoW shows a 10-33% performance gain in DX11 mode over its default DX9 mode.

I personally would wait for the GTX 560. I hate ATI/AMD Catalyst and I have had bad experiences with ATI drivers in the past.
