Need z370 motherboard

after Easter going to put my other PC back together:

Have a
i5 8600
32gig 2667 DDR4
M.2 Samsung 256
GPU Strix 980
Corsair 115 CPU cooler
Corsair Case..780T ( white )
Wireless ..asus

Now not interested in pretty lights etc but I want a onboard led readout for errors. The Case has plenty of fans but has a fan controller . Will put in a SSD but have plenty of external drives to save things on.

So I guess a white theme to match the case and front whitish fan lights but thats no big deal

Maybe MSI because frankly I am sick of the software that both Gigabyte and Asus supply

Also was thinking Strix but after TTL bagged them and I may use this to practise my overclocking skills ( which are basically non existant ) have gone of them

ASrock Tiachi doesn't look a bad board from the reviews that i have seen/watched ,
yes it dose have a few led's on it but not overkill

I dont mean it doesnt have to not have them but its just not a must have item

asrockZ370 Fatality Gaming K6 is $63 cheaper and has not bad reviews

Had an asrock fatality k6 board, very solid, nice bios layout and got good reviews overall, avoid asus imo.

I have the hero x as my main rig and it doesnt play well with other things like Corsair Link. Saw TTL and his i5 8600k vid and that was on an Asus Prime A so tempted to try that but it doesnt have the led boot readout ........

Conclusion: brought the asrock z370 gaming 6 and had slight problems with screen going funny on boot but since flashing the BIOS its been good.

And the speed of boot absolutely puts the Asus z370 hero to the sword.........its so good thinking about swapping video cards and making it my main rig.
