From what I've heard and read, the UP7 is a phenomenal board, but hilariously expensive. And yes, it does look the business. But it's more made for dry ice and liquid nitrogen overclocking. On air or water it does not perform significantly better than the MPower while costing about double.
I'm not really familiar with the UP5, but at least where I live it is 1.9 times as expensive as the MSI Z77A-GD65 and 1.7 times as expensive as the Z77 MPower, so unless you get an absolutely amazing price I think both of these boards will be a lot more expensive than the MSI's that have been suggested further up, while having practically identical performance as far as I know.
EDIT: To be clear, they're not bad boards as far as I know, but very expensive for what they offer imho.
