Hey

I need some new speakers for my pc, it is a gaming pc and all i do is game on it and listen to music, i also watch movies from time to time and needed some new speakers. was looking at around the £150 - £200 mark. I had my eye on the Corsair SP2500 because the cheap and apparently are really good. but any sugetions.

Thanks

Corsair arnt bad for audio but i would recommend looking at a more well known pc audio company like Creative or Logitech. Those corsair do look pretty go though

Corsair SP2500 is great, you might want to look into a sound card as well. Or just go onto eBay and find yourself a great deal.

If you are looking for great movie sound quality I would go with the Klipsch Pro Media 2.1, because Klipsch is known for making some of the if not the best movie sound equipment on the market. They also sound beautiful for music and games. The Corsair is a little bit of a step down from them. The Corsair 2.1 sound GREAT but the Bass is not as clear as the Image ones, it's a little muddy.

I'd recommend the Acoustic Energy Aego M speakers. They're the dogs! Small satellites and a nice-massive bass sub.

I bought the Corsair SP2500 2.1 set-up in February and it's blown me away, Corsair in my opinion kind of mislabelled these as 'Gaming Audio' which may put some people off, I have music blasting on my system every day, gaming comes 2nd and then movies/tv 3rd. The sound is fantastic, whatever your medium, and that was running from onboard audio. No matter how loud you crank these babies you'll hear no distortion, but word of advice if I may, you will need to upgrade your tunes to lossless if they aren't already, while they sound stunning, lesser quality music is 'shown' to be just that. They are a bit pricey but I haven't regretted buying these at any point. Consider investing in a good sound card if you haven't got one to really benefit from these though.

Yerr i all ready have the ASUS Xonar 5.1 sound card and i think im going to go with the corsair ones because the look awsome.

But also where can you buy the Pro Media 2.1 Speakers because i would like to compare them
