Need New Cpu Fan and Heatsink

What do you guys think of the Cooler Master Gemini II S?

I like it cause its low profile so it will fit in my case, and the huge airflow from the specs, but im here to ask for anyone on the forums opinion, and/or recommend another cooler anything below 50$ USD, and Below 150mm tall cause it wont fit.

Its a nice cooler but i only have clearance for a fan thats under 150mm tall and it exceeds that a bit dunno if it will fit, but it will be one i will keep in mind, Thx, also anyone know if i do get the gemini II S, will fit 2, 120 mm fans? Some places say yes, but i dunno if there talking about the original or the new S model.

its might be atx mini tower or micro atx mid tower its and hp comp just need to upgrade to keep it going for another few years
