I'm a little wary of this because it's EA Origin meaning the code site prices will be around the same as the full price. And that means £40-£50 and if I hate it after three hours like the last one that's a lot to risk.

The one thing they seem to have failed to realise is that NFSU and NFSU 2 had no police and did not need them either. I just found the police irritating and sometimes never ending in the last game I played.

So I will wait until it's in the bargain bin I think.

I was lucky to gather it for 23gbp on a G2A sale together with a 10% bonus code. I wouldnt pay full price either but on the other hand I wouldn't for any game at all sooo.

I'd happily pay £20 for it tbh. I mean I paid that for Just Cause 3 and played it for less than an hour so yeah, £20 is fine :)

Ed. £31.75 plus Paypal fees...

If you're paying (nigh-on) full price anyway, you might as well grab it on Origin. They've got a pretty good return policy. Even if you like the game but don't think it's worth 50 quid, return it and buy it later when it gets cheaper?

I'm in the same boat. I think I actually would like this game, and I might want it. But not for €60.

Yeah I'm just going to avoid it until it's £20 or less. Even if I absolutely loved it £50 is an insult.

Edit. Just checked and it actually does cost fifty pounds. Insult = got.

Code sites are around the £25 at the moment.

Aye there isn't a lot of faith left in EA, with badly botched ports galore. I've taken to watching Twitch streams now before I decide on dropping my PayPal deats on a top title.
