Need a suggestion for 24inch 1200p panel

I have a Dell 2412M and a Dell 2407wfp, and just recently picked up the Asus VG248QE (the gsync one) to give 120/144hz a go.

120hz is nice, but.. 1080p.. not so much.

I was hoping triple screens/surround would play nice, but it doesn't AT ALL so I'm thinking I'm gonna return the Asus and go for another 1200p screen, and perhaps replace the 2407wfp. She's a beaut but I'd rather get some LED ones now.

I'm thinking maybe a couple more 2412M's ?

Are there any 120hz ones about?

Just at a bit off a loss really, I really like having the extra pixels and I'd rather get a screen to fit, and then perhaps replace the 2407 than get another two 1080p screens as it would feel like a step backwards to me.

Edit: I would consider a decently priced 1440p option. But nothing above a physical size of 24inch as 3 only JUST fit

Edit2: Just taking a look at the Dell u2413 screen.. specs look nice, as does the colour gamut... Anyone got one?

I have the U2410, which is similarly specced to the U2413 (the U2413 is meant to be the U2410's successor). It's the best monitor I've owned, so I would say go for the U2413.

Cool, thanks for the input :) I've had a good read up on the U2413 and it looks excellent, I didn't realise the 2412M was kinda of a 'budget' LED monitor, cost me a fortune when I got it.

My thinking at the minute is, ditch the Asus screen, just isn't doing it for me.. Then pickup another 2412M to match my current one, and a 2413 for the centre then I have 3 similar looking/specced screens. I don't see much sense in getting 2 of the 2413's as I'm very happy with the 2412 as a side-screen, I've been using it as my main screen for a long time, but the centre screen would be the one that should look it's best I reckon.

Then it frees up the 2407 for something else. (probably get that mounted up high or something silly like that).

At least then the screens will match better, and I can enjoy some surround gaming as well. :)

That sounds like a plan. I'm looking to grab another U2410 as I'm currently supporting a 19" monitor as my secondary screen.

Aye she's alright mate, colours are great in 'colour accurate' mode, but you can flick it over to a gaming mode to reduce input lag, the greens are a bit odd but once in-game it's not a big deal at all, you soon get used to it.

Gotta remember it's more of a colour repro screen but it's beautiful :)

You could easily calibrate it in gaming mode I just haven't been bothered enough to, bother.
