well, this is my day-to-day PC, with everything at stock, and working fine..

not as impressive as a COnroe or Kentsfield, but its still fine.
 
usually the cpu will do 225Mhz on stock volts - If you are using a DFI board and your ram is rated higher (PC4000 or PC4400) you could also try using the RAM multiplier function for a free bost in power :)
 
well, its all gone a bit p**y.....

i started it up earlier at 2.45GHz, and then had a go with 2.5 (228 x 11 @ 1.375v) and i couldn't get it too boot....

so now back at stock.....

well, ive just had a huge crash and had a bout 10 of being unabloe to boot at 2200mhz-

ive dropped it down to 2000Ghz and it booted, then managed to get it back upto 2.2Ghz, but its not being very stable...
