Did you resolve this, strangley I brough a GB UD7 Mobo with 2 GB GTX580 OC editions. Exactly the same problem. PCI_16_0 refuses to read one of the cards with the same 1 long, 2 short beeps, I have RMA'd the card and seeing if the computer company can find faults... would be great to learn if you fixed this problem....
