cost too much money for something that is supposed to be replaced by pci-e.

agp is not obselete and far from it.

we still use pci! not for video, but still!

if it was even close to being obsolete the x850 and 6800u would not be compatible with it.

I never said it was obsolete, but it will become obsolete - who actually uses their PCI GPU? I mean apart from when your AGP card goes to the shit?

That's because video is the only thing that requires more bandwidth than standard PCI can handle... Think back to the age of PCI vid cards and remember how much they fuckin' suck lol
