My Rig setup and PC-Case concerns

Well.... As I stated in my "New members" post I have a 5 year old system that is running on fuel vapors. The rig still works fine, but there ar time that it doesn't work as smooth as I would like.

My runnig rig is a:
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 920 "Deneb" (Not Overclocked)
Mobo: ASUSTek M4N72-E
Mem: 8GB mem using 4x Kingston PC2-6400 (400MHz) DDR2 2GB
VGA: 1x Nvidia GeForce GTX 260 896 MBytes
HDD's: Seagate ST3500418AS / Samsung HD103UJ / WesternDigital WDC WD 10EARS-00Y5B1
PSU: 450Watt HuntKey
DVD / CDRW: 2 Drives
PC-Case: Thermaltake Xaser III Fireball edition
Monitor: Belinea 22" wide / Philips 19"

My new rig idea is as follows:
Mobo: ASRock 990FX Extreme9
CPU: AMD FX-9370 "Vishera", no fan
Cooling: Corsair Hydro Series H100i
Mem: Corsair 32 GB DDR3-1600 Quad-Kit (CMY32GX3M4A1600C9, Vengeance Pro, XMP)
VGA: MSI R9 290 Gaming 4G
SDD: Samsung 840 Pro MZ-7PD256BW
BL-DVDRW: ASUS BC-12D2HT Silent
PSU: Corsair RM650
Monitor: Iiyama 27" Monitor XB2776QS-B2

My concern is a new PC-case. I am not so sure which PC-case would suit my system. I have looked at the Corsair cases, but don't know which is the best.

My system is mainly used for Photoshop/Lightroom and playing GuildWars2 and SIMMCITY like games. Due to the fact that GuildWars2 uses a database of 16GB in sizeI am going to use a extra small HDD for swap/database. The rig will also be fitted with one or two 1TB HDD's for data.

I don't play FPS games or Racing games that often due to my MotionSickes problems.

Please feel free to advice a suitable PC-Case and or give your doubts about my new setup.

I'd personally recommend a Fractal Define R4. Quiet, well built and reasonably priced. I'd also look at getting a Sapphire Tri-X 290 over the MSI one as well. It runs cooler and is usally as cheap.

Normally I'd not recommend the 9370 but its cheap as an i5 now and for what you need, its slightly better (excluding a couple of bits). Heat is a bit of an issue however.

Thnx for the info guys.

I changed the VGA to the Sapphire TRI-X R9 290
My choice for the PC-case at the moment is the Corsair Carbide Air 540

My question is now which of the Hydro series is the best suitable? Do I get the H100i or is the H110 a better set for the FX-9370 CPU? The difference is 4,01 Pounds or € 5,-

On a € 2080,- rig € 5,- isn't a big hit, but I would like a good advice.

does that mobo even have the power for that fx 9370
The Max TDP of the Mobo is 220 Watt. The CPU has the same Watt needed.
So it should be perfect right?
Not so used to the TDP technology yet.

I also have looked into the AMD FX-9590 mPGA but could not find a board that supported this cpu. Is it fitting and working into the Extreme 9 ???

Its fine, it is FX5G (thats sales talk for the 9590) compatible so you've got one of the best motherboards for it :).
-edit- 12+2 power phase, 4 PCI slots. Man I know what I'd get if I was sticking with my AMD

 Now I get confused again.

I found on one of the online shops, that the Sapphire tri-X 290 needs a powersuply of at least 750W ?
Is this true? And if, is a Corsair RM750 suitable enough? Or is the RM650 functionable for my rig?

the 650 will do the job fine (pretty sure the 750w reccomendation is for a bronze 750w) however I'd personally get a RM750 as that'll be quieter.
