My rig (not finished)

i like the rig, :) the white one looks nice :)
glad im not the only one to change the window,
ive removed the middle bay and put my fans up by the front of the case as there is room behind the front cover, i just need to fabricate a metal plate for the back and ill upload some pics.
and unfortunately i cant run my cable behind my mobo for the 24 pin, :(

Only if you push extremely hard... other than that the heatsink isn't heavy enough to warp the board when installed.

Years ago, when I was building my first PC, the stock Intel cooler (Push-pin) made a noticeable bend on the CPU area, the computer was not working at all, I swap to a cooler-master 212 with back-plate, and since den the computer worked flawlessly, therefore for me the back-plate is essential

thanks mate, i forgot to say i've got the 2 corsair fans in the front of the case to push more air it so i get batter airflow i'll be updating the gig photos soon as i get the cooler, the nzxt hue is worth the money i can just change the light colour whenever i want :)

Well would it actually be worth the extra 20 or 30, for the custom loop, you will notice a better performance, quieter and, much more appealing to the eye. It may be something to think about

oh i have been thinking about it, just really don't want to drain it all out, clean it and refill it every 3 months

vvv This, it's really not that much of a hassle. But yes, it's not for everyone. And
although I wouldn't recommend it, I've gone 18 months between maintenance without
the slightest problem, just refilled a bit of coolant every few months (some is lost
due to evaporation through the tubing).
More like 6-12months if taken care of:)

As for the build itself, I like what you've done with the 24 pin, very sneaky! :) The
H220 should make a nice upgrade.

i don't know if this is a habit alpen but.. You've quoted me again on something i have not done! Lol:p

Notice the "vvv"'s before the "This". I'm referring to the below quote. No editing of
quotes has taken place this time. ;)

Unless I'm missing something due to senility.

Dude, you should change the stock CPU cooler to a third party one. Am sure they would perform better than the Intel stock one!

Thanks! Yeah I see you are really pulling up some real good speeds on your raid config! You are making a good decision by going for the Seidon 240M, I've been using the 120M for 4 months now and I am impressed with its performance. Great looking rig dude! I wish I had the patience to do cable management like you do.

I use the stock one(for now) and it's actually not bad. Mine never goes above 2300rpm and i can't even hear it... Yet my others fans spin at 1000 rpm and they are louder? Weird...
