My rig needs silent airflow

Hey out there,

Got myself a nice watercooled Switch 810 but since my GFXs (2x 7970) still are aircooled I'm going to need some fans to cool them.

At the moment I've put 2x NZXT standard 140mm fans in the front, pulling air inside the case. Also I've got two Noctua NF-F12s pulling air through an EK XTX 240MM, through the bottom of the case. Other than that I've got a Bitfenix Spectre pro 140mm placed on the harddrive-bay pushing air directly on the GFX's..

I think my airflow is good but the Bitfenix and the two NZXT fans are noisy (Bitfenix in particular!!). I can't hear my Noctua's but I know that F's are only good for static pressure.

So.. I'm looking for 4x 140mm fans to push some air through while being the most silent. I know silence compromise performance but maybe you guys know something I don't? :-)

What can you suggest?

Cheers

if you're using the hub on the back, (memory recalls that's a molex that powers it?) then you can do a crafty cable mod to do it, you put the 5v into the 0v pin which is usually used by the 12v output, so you're then running your fans at 7v
