My PC: A Phantom Build.

Hello peeps!

So this is basically my Phantom that i use everyday for gaming

Just a few quick snap shots on a reallt urd camera, doesnt pick up LED's all that great.

The specs are as follows:

Asus P8P67 Rev.3

I5 2500k @ 4.6ghz 1.34v

Corsair 8gb vengeance @ 1600mhz

XFX 7970 Black edition @ 1125mhz & 1575mhz

Corsair AX750

2 Samsung 500GB HDD's in Raid 0

Corsair Force 3 120GB

The watercooling is as follows:

Phobya v1.2 G changer 60mm 360 RAD

Phobya Balancer 150 Reservoir

EK 7970 Full Waterblock

XSPC Raystorm CPU block

Swiftech Laing D5 pump, I have mine set on 4.

Alphacool D5 pump top

9 Bitspower 1/2" Barbs

1 Bitspower 90Degree swivel 1/2" Barb

2 Bitspower Blanking plugs for the Pump top.

Mayhems Nebula blue coolant.

7 120mm Bitfenix Spectre Pro fans.

I have a few things i want to sort out before i can say its finished, a Window being one and also doing something with the optical bay i cut out to fit the Rad. Its a shame i couldnt have put all 3 rad fans up top but it would mean removing the USB's and fan controller which i didnt want to do and ruin the look of the case on the outside.

I cant get the camera to take very good pictures, il get my Uncle to take some with his proper camera as these just dont do it justice :/

And one with flash, was the only way i could get a clear pic of the inside without the camera having a fit at the LED's lol

looks great man good work. +1 on the window, really is needed. How long did you spend wiping the finger prints off the gloss black before the pics where taken

The only one thing that you can change for me is position of your pump(I think that it should be below your res

)

I tried to work out a loop that way but this was the tidiest option and i was limited on where to put things.

Mmm, shiny case!

Very good job, nice and tidy. Have to ask, how're you finding living with the PC without an optical drive, that is unless I've just missed it in the pics? Not getting rid of mine until downloading is cheaper than getting boxed copy off Amazon/Play etc.

Really nice, aurora coolant is really nice, NZXT have released a windowed side panel for the phantom

Sadly the windowed panel doesnt have enough people over in the UK wanting it so shops wont stock it, il have to buy American or just cut my own.

As for the optical drive question, Whenever i need to install via a CD i have a spare sata and power cable tucked behind the back panel, just take it off and plug my Optical drive in, install whatever and unplug it again

Well done. The components fits eachother perfectly, and did i mention im a sucker for black and blue also

I wouldnt wanna waste cash on a switch case tbh... Your rig is more than fine. Though the switch is a bit less spaceship look alike so i could understand swoping it :=)

Im planning on a few mods on the switch, Yes ok the phantom is fine atm but small things are annoying me that no1 else would know, One being no real support for the rad and its sorta bodged in there. The one fan on the inside bothers me and there wasnt much room to plan my loop in the first place.
