I am going to build myself a new gaming pc (Note: I'm trying to keep a black/red look to the case, tough, any suggestions that will keep the looks and performance and reduce the price are accepted) and here is it's part list:

CPU: i5-4690k (Heavily OC)
CPU Heatsink: Waiting answer from the liquid cooling forums.
GPU: MSI R9 390X
MOBO: MSI Z97-G45 Gaming ATX LGA1150
RAM: Kingston Savage 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR3-1600
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
SSD: Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB 2.5"
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular (Accepting new suggestions for a different PSU, have in mind the GPU will be overclocked)
Case: Corsair SPEC-02 ATX Mid
Software: Windows 8.1 64 bits
Screen: 3D, FullHD TV

I need help improving the performance per euro since i am still a newbie.

CPU Cooler: "H80i GT is the only one you can fit" in that case - TTL
RAM: I would go with 2x4gb, but 1x8gb is also a good option as you can add one more in the future to total 16gb.
HDD: Seagate aren't bad but I would go with WD (personal preference)
SSD: Are Crucial SSDs available in your country?
PSU: Depending on the price, I would go with the G2 Series from EVGA.

There are many EVGA 750W G2's, and all of them have 80+ Gold, should i go with the cheapest option in them?

Since you're building in a smaller case, I would go for a modular PSU, semi-modular would be fine (everything except the 24 pin and 8-pin ATX) As far as cooling, I would go for a single 120mm AIO cooler, H80 seems to be a popular one lately. I would also maybe go for a bigger SSD maybe 250GB, that way you have room for a few games, because inevitably you will find games such as GTA V and BF that take upwards of 50GB each and you won't have the space, BTW both of those benefit from being on an SSD as opposed to HDD.
