As far as I am aware not. Barclays and Halifax do custom cards free of charge for the first card and the 2nd card costs like £5 I think. Natwest charge £5 to get it done each time.

I can't get my halifax one done as i need to have the reward or student account, i've got the standard current account

Thanks for the link, unfortunately i don;t have either of those two debit cards. I may just open a barclays account to get one
