Thanks man, we have the people coming to value it in April so fingers crossed for a good price not often a place your renting comes up for sale.. would make "moving house" a lot easier lol

Ahh it was annoying having such a low room and (*insert word that's the opposite to steep here) roof but mainly because it really limits the design of the room. I have a large sweeping oak desk with back lighting planned, designed and ready to go in fact I have most of the house planned and designed lol
