Im doing the best I can with the money I have and for the next few months theres not going to be many changes (other than cosmetic) as this year alone ive spent over £1000 on upgrading my PC to what it is at the moment (1st rig i was unhappy with and gave to my dad whilst i bought the basics for a new one). Its a little frustrating knowing my money could have gone ALOT further but thats life and i learned from my mistakes so its not all bad

Why the American heatsink orientation? Why would you want to suck scorching hot air from your northbridge and GPU (heat rises remember) into your CPU heatsink

I'd turn it around dude.

can i just ask, what wireless card is that? do you have any other pics of it? im guessing its a wireless N due to the 3 antennae, but why is one 12ft tall and the others so small? wouldnt it make more sense to have them all higher gain?

Course mate, they are:

Edimax Wireless NIC PCI 300MBPS EW-7728IN (Tripple Antenna)

SAFECOM 9dBI 2.4GHz Omni-Directional Antenna 30cm

Its overkill but the router is located at literally the other side of the house and on my previous wireless card i was fluttering between 2 or 3 bars (out of 5) so i went for the best Aria sold at the time and now i get 100% signal strength and 5/5 bars.. no surprise why really

im currently using a pci-e adapter to mini pcie and a laptop wireless N card with 3x 6dbi antennae from my laptop :L its basicaly an adapter for an adapter for a card that needs an adapter for an arieal.. works okay but occasionaly drops signal down to 1 bar :L will look into this, failing that will be hardwireing it outside my room, down the outside of the house and back in through the livingroom wall

I dont have the option to route cable through my place so over-the-top wireless is as good as its going to get for me

im still evaluating my options for upgrades which would involve removing the side fan and putting in an NH-D14 but id need a new CPU first as temps dont even hit 50C under load atm so theres no need to change cooler
