Nice build. PSU wattage is quite balanced, but wanting if you add a second GPU. Define R4 rules all. A cooler like that should net you a decent OC, say 4.4 or 4.5. Please do not hesitate to ask us for advice or view Toms vids if you wish to pursue that endeavor. Good luck!

Nice build , very clean and cable management is good also.
I'm not sure about the Z87 board , but on my board in the bios in the ECO (energy saving ) section there is "Motherboard LED Control" . It's default is auto but you can turn them off.
I hope this helps you and you can do this on your board.

the cooler is actually better than the noctua one and its much cheaper than those aio coolers in the market, and i also plan to overclock in the near future...
