My Desk and Advice Request :D

Yes i know its a mess xP

I would really like your advice on a few things. In the short list: monitors, keyboard, mouse-mat, case.

PC.jpg

So lets start off with keyboard.
So i like to record YouTube video's. At the moment my keyboard is very loud and is audible when typing. Does anyone know of a really quiet keyboard that isn't too expensive but still a full sized keyboard? My desk it also quite hard to rubber feet may be nice but if thats not possible i can attach some foam or rubber feet to the keyboard or something.

Next: Mousemat:
So i was looking at the razer goliathus range. If i need a vibration dampener for my keyboard i guess i could get the extended version for that, but is the razer goliathus a good choice?

Case: I know this doesn't quite fit in with this topic but it still sits on your desk! :D So i was thinking the 600T in white. Its one of my favourite cases. In my opinion it has the perfect balance of white and black. But before selling myself to that i'd like to know if there is anything else out there for similar money (or cheaper ;D).

Monitor:
Ultimately. I hate both of my monitors at the moment. xP My TV (the white samsung) has a waaaaay too thick bezel for two monitors (although i love the dual monitors) and also, despite being a 1080p tv, doesn't look very good when you take it up to 1080. Only looks good at about 768p. Ontop of this the colour is worse than my other monitor which is much older, at 768p anyway. And my other monitor (1440x900) has a loose connection on the on off button. its rather hard to hold it down for 5 seconds to turn it off with a loose connection :P Anyway, any suggestions for new monitor/s would be awesome. Once again, preferably not too expensive but decent colour.

That just about wraps it up now, thankyou for reading and i would really appreciate a reply :D

Everything on my desk:
My CiT Saturn Case - NEVER GET THIS CASE I HATE IT xD (and build in it obviously :P)
Xbox 360 Elite (hidden between pc and table)
Left monitor - No clue what make it is, but its 1440x900 res
Right Monitor - Samsung TV - Like a D450 but in white
Speakers: Creative T10
Heatset: Turtle Beach X12's (for xbox and pc)
Keyboard: some crappy standard hp keyboard
Mouse: Logitech G400
Mouse mat: Cheap small crummy thing
Microphone: Blue Snowball USB Mic

Just tell me mate exact prices that you want to spend for every single one of this things and than I'll be glad to help:)

Thanks man! Okay.

Case: about £130
Monitor: £120 max i guess (probably 22-24")
Mousemat: Don't mind, just not silly money for aluminium mouse mat sorta thing

Off to bed for now, i'll read up on this in the morning, thanks for your help :D

With case will be a bit more difficult:) Are you planning to watercool in feature? Full tower, mid tower? I guess you will prefer white one? Does it need to be quiet, or you want to have max air flow? You need to give some more info mate:)

And what about the keyboard?

For watercooling im not sure.
There's a lot of new all in ones coming out and looking at Tom's cooling comparison, im not sure if a 280mm is worth it. So in general i would like a radiator mount in the roof. If necessary i can just get out a drill to make new holes if i get a 280mm (on that note its probably best for a 240mm so there's something to drill into :P)

Keyboard: wow that was dumb last night xP how did i forget it, its one of the main things i wanted to know about. Ok, i don't really know. I hear all mechanical keyboards are pretty loud compared to membrane. Not sure if thats right. Lets say £70 max, needs to be quite though. And if it has backlighting that would be a bonus :D

Thanks!

About case I wouldn't think twice and go all the way for Switch 810!

I switched to mechanical keyboard couple of months ago and I will never go back to normal keyboard!
They a bit louder, but that doesn't bother anyone.
But if you some kind of silent freak, you can check out Razer Lycosa, I had this keyboard for year or two, and is really silent, Roccat Isku should be silent as well.
But while you need new keyboard I will save little more and go for mechanical one. Brown switches are non clicky so they should be pretty quiet(at least compare to blues:))

I have nothing against mechanical ones. Its just that im concerned that my mic will pick it up if i have a quite clicky one. Any recommendations for a brown mechanical keyboard thats cheapish?
