My Corsair 650D Rig. :)

So I finally got around to clean up the cable mess I had after installing my old crappy Corsair VX 550W and I must say I'm pleased with the results.

The specs of my rig is an i5-750 @ 4,1GHz cooled by a Noctua NH-D14. My GPU is a XFX 6970. (Getting a second one as soon as I get a new PSU). I got 4GB Mushkin Redline 1600Mhz 6-8-6-24. My motherboard is an EVGA Classified 200. I got a very sweet Asus Xonar Essence STX audio card. I got a crappy Corsair VX 550W, soon to be changed with a Corsair AX 850W. I got a 1TB Caviar Black and a 500GB Seagate Barracuda. My monitor is an old Samsung SyncMaster 205BW. I got a pair of Sennheiser HD 595's and Logitech Z-2300.

Believe it or not, it's not easy to do very good cable management in the 650D because there's not a lot of space at the back so it comes out looking pregnant if you don't watch out.

. I had the same problem with my 650d. Took me a while to get the right side pretty flat. It's not completely flat, but as you said there is limited space.

Yeah, it's barely noticeable now. Maybe like a 1mm gap now. Took me hella long to get it that good. I tried like 4 times before I was satisfied.

Nice rig, i noticed you don't have a SSD, if you have never had one i reccommend getting one that will probably give you the biggest noticable difference!

Yeah, I've thought about getting one, but I always want max FPS over fast loading and such. After I've gotten my second 6970, and perhaps a water cooling loop, then I'll get one.

Yeah, I'd like to have more RAM, but the thing is that I can't find the same RAM I got anywhere here in Norway. I got the Mushkin Redline 1600MHz 6-8-6-24. Do you know of any international sites that stock it perhaps? I obviously want my RAM to match.

Also, i have the same RAM as you (except mine is the radioactive version) and i can't find it online anymore either. I love my Mushkin Radioactive RAM, i take the side panel off my case and the first thing i see are these two bright yellow beacons, damn they look awesome! I'd love to upgrade to 8GB or more in the future and keep the radioactive theme.

Hopefully by the time Ivy Bridge is out Mushkin will have a new lineup of RAM. I was sad when they stopped making the Redline Ridgeback, that was some awesome looking RAM too.

It sure was. I didn't know they stopped making them. It seems like they're limiting their products a lot lately. Almost impossible to get a hold of Mushkin RAM here in Norway, they've stopped making their best RAM types...
