You really need to do something with the cable management there. If it were me I'd not even turn my setup on till I've dialed all the cables down to every last fan connector. There are definitely better routes for some cables, especially the PCI-E's.

Nice start, you should remove the HDD bay completely and mount your drives in the spare optical drive bays as you will allow for greater airflow around the lower part of the board etc.
