N nathan New member Feb 5, 2007 #1 I'm thinking of creating a little server farm. the cpu's will only be around 1GHz range. Just wondering if it was possible to power more than 1 motherboard using 1 psu. thanks for any help.

N nathan New member Feb 5, 2007 #3 maybe so, there's a status sort of wire that tells everything to switch on (green i think). Not sure how this would react with 2 motherboards.

Click to expand... Yeah it's the green one. I think that if you got a decent PSU, and run the ATX and P4-12v cables to both boards, then it would work fine. If both board had full atx connectors plugged in to the board, then either PC would be able to turn the PSU on.
