Multiplayer emulators?

I wish to find some multiplayer emulators for a pc. I am talking about using the pc as a console and being able to use more than one controller on it at a time. I love games like mario party, ect...

Anyone know if this is possible?

I don't know how appropriate this question is, mainly because you are entering into piracy territory.

short answer you can get them but 1 they are buggy, 2 there slow, 3 only 1 player at a time without it breaking while trying to set it up, if you want to play games then go buy them and there respective console.
