MSI Z97 gaming 3

im building a gaming pc based around the core i5 4960K. being as my budget for motherboard and cpu, i have all other parts, is only £200 im thinking of buying a used i5 4690K from CEX for £130 which leaves me £70 for a motherboard. theres a B grade MSI Z97 gaming 3 on overclocker uk website going for £70, bringing me upto my £200 budget.. i wondered what you guys n gals thought about this future purchase and would gladly consider any advice you have. especially your thoughts on my motherboard choice as ive always used Asus but thought the msi looked a bargain and its sexy looking as well. lol
