Mouse Cursor slow motion a lot of times over Windows!!!!

hey guys

I really don't know from where is my Problem but I'll try to tell u everything I know and u may know what is that

My system Specifications:

I7 3930k
Corsair GT 16GB @ 2133
Corsair H100 with 4 FANS Push & Pull Configurations
ASUS P9X79 Deluxe
Corsair 1050 Power Supply
that's should be everything needed to be know

So a lot of times starting my PC and gets in windows with in 12 Sec which is good to me but I used the gadgets for CPU which monitor the CPU Cores and I see now the Core #7 and only this Core on the most of times gets seems to be full overload and the others seems normal !!! didn't using programs or games to get this one Overloaded and not all of them just this Core only !!! but and then my system Cursor moved like slow motion.

Waiting for your reply guys as I really don't know what is the problem on it

have a Startup program which load everything loading on Windows but I don't know which one is the problem and on the most of times not when the windows loaded and may I use it also for an hour or more and then starting gets overload !!!

any idea to get u the logs with which is running in background ?
