Even that Super PI bench @ 5.07ghz is slower than a 2500k @ 4.5ghz the BD is between 10 and 19 the 2500K is 08.491.

8 cores is a good idea isn't it? I'll be honest i've no idea why 8 is better than 6. No doubt in 3/4 years 12core will be 'run of the mill' lol
what you have all missed is the fact that the BD chip in question was run on an AM3+ mobo
