He explained in the comments that he did the build to demo his dremel and lighting skills, but threw some old components together and the wiring wasn't manageable with the case.

Although, I disagree. If you have skill, all cables are manageable.

How are you going to preserve the metal cap at the top? Are you going to make a tiny hole at the base of the each bottle and slowly suck the liquid out

The one on the left is already empty.

I used a spoon to lift around the cap until it was expanded enough to pull off, then I just squeezed it together and it clipped back on.

They taste amazing. Like the original green but cleaner, crisper. It's hard to explain... it says on the back that it was made using the same brewing process as other barley based drinks to make it purer; but it's non-alcoholic, and not as sweet.
