ModelFixings - fantastic service.

Hey guyz

just basically repping http://www.modelfixings.co.uk/, due to the fact that even though they had an issue with their supplier, and took longer than expected to deliver my screws (i've ordered from them b4, and those screws were at my house next day btw), they made good on the deal.

They not only gave me 5 extra screws that I needed (needed 1 extra screw for my rad) for free, but they also refunded the P&P and the full product cost.

Really very sorry about this saga. We normally get things through from this

suplier in a few days when it doesn't matter, but when we need something

desparately and it goes astray.

We're extemely emabarrased to say the least and must thanks you for your

patience.

We will be refunding you in full for this order as it would be an insult to

take your money to be honest.

I seriously suggest these guys, Ian over at modelfixings helped me out alot.

btw - for window mods and rads n whatnot, if you want black socket cap screws (which is the type i got)......http://www.modelfixings.co.uk/cap_screws.htm

sorry if i'm preaching, but it is a RARE thing these days to recieve service to this kind of level.

btw - they also accept paypal on orders over £3.

I also had the same level of service from them when they ordered some screws in for me specially from their supplier. When the screws arrived, they wasn't up to their usual quality, so I sent them an email letting them kniow.

Not only did I get all the screws replaced, but they didnt want the old ones back either.
