Mobo + CPU for File Server

Well, I'm seriously considering building a Mini-ITX file server. I want to use 4 fast hard drives in a raid 10, to create a rather small, but pretty speedy network drive. I am debating what motherboard and CPU I would need for this. I want to run it off the chipset, because I will be using a NIC card in the only PCI-e slot. So, what chipset (Intel Z77, or AMD APU chipsets) will have the best performance for raid 10? Can you also list a board with maybe 5-6 sata ports, so it can plug in the raid drives plus a boot drive or 2. Also, what kind of CPU power is necessary for this application?

ASRock FM2A85X-ITX Motherboard
-has the most sata ports ive seen on an itx size board.
As for cpu power. You dont need much at all. The cheapest you can find should suffice.

But how fast is that chipset's raid 10? Will it be able to keep up with 4 fast hard drives in raid 10?

If it were me, I wouldn't bother with raid. Just use Windows 8 and then you can add drives using storage spaces - much easier to administer. Or even look at a cheap NAS?
