Also using 1600DPI, 7-button Razer Diamondback gaming mouse

I'll probably upgrade the RAM sometime later, to 2x1GB DDR2 667. Probably I'll doit once I'm up for trying some 64-bit gaming with Vista.

This thing got 3520 on 3dmark06 at the underclocked factory clockspeeds http://service.futuremark.com/orb/resultanalyzer.jsp?projectType=14&XLID=0&UID=6770201

Other known benches:

50-60+ fps on JKA, all settings max with dynamic glow and full shadows, 1600x1200 (multiplayer)

20-30 FPS SWBFII, 1920x1200; 50-60 fps, 1440x900, all settings max (AI multiplayer)

50-100+ FPS HL2, 1920x1200, all settings max with full bloom HDR

Very good sir, welcome to the latest DX9 experience :). No more unstable ATI drivers... I've always agreed with that phrase "nVidia - the way it's meant to be played." Let the HL2, Far Cry, UT2K7, and BF2142 begin :yumyum: :yumyum:

Same model, diff proc and other hardware (ie wireless). Of course you knew that.

All I'd need is 1GB more of RAM and mine'd be >= yours :P

Ooh... we have a lamp much like that... It's one of those touch-sensor things right? Anyways, the rig looks nice :)

O and btw, next time use upload.overclock3d.net for your pic uploads (use forum log-on to get in). Personally it seems faster to me :) Also maybe a bit smaller?

NP, I can resize with photobucket.

And yea, it's a touch-lamp with flourescent. Very low heat output, works for me :D

I might just leave the desktop just to demonstrate the 1900x1200 goodness. Speaking of which, that probably explains why I didn't think to resize the 1600x1200 photos--they center quite nicely on this huge screen, but I understand most have LCDs which don't go nearly as high.

Well, for anyone getting a WSUXGA (1920x1200) screen, just know that the aspect ratio isn't much of an issue for games that don't support the 16:10. 1600x1200 will work with very little noticable distortion.

For the most part yea, but I'm a bit intimidated by ut07

And for the time being it's my primary system, my desktop is a storage brick now :P I'll just hold onto this sucker and see how long it lasts me. Lots of new tech coming up on the horizon so definitely better to wait and see what's in store.
