for example

It’s very rare that you see an AMD PC priced higher then Intel, this is because Intel uses a much more advanced chipset, and also cools there chip much more than AMD does, but AMD is working on that with there newer chipsets. Enhancing memory is AMD’s biggest plan right now as with there FX chip they add an extra 200 MHZ to there processor and this covers the memory enhancer on the processor.

Normally you wouldn't see an AMD processor this expensive, but with all due respect power equals price. You must fork up the cash to get the performance, and many gamers will be taking this one over an Intel chip. Why? Well it's quite simple, AMD has the reputation that gamers like and this one won't overheat that much.

I stuck this on OcUK forums, and the first (and only so far ) poster dug up this little gem -

Normally at 2.4 GHZ you would notice a lot of heat. With the new Dual Core Processor by AMD, they have integrated a fan onto the chip so that it won’t overheat.

Gotta love those integrated fans.

i was...im quite aware the amd dual core processors dont have fans integrated on them
