Mini itx for gaming/overclocking

Does such a board exist?

Everytime I looked in the past to have mini-itx you sacrifice performance, or overclockability

Looking to build a small gaming rig, usually only go for a single card as cannot warrant sli/crossfire. Four slots for Ram would be enough.

I'll leave it at that for now

Asus P8Z77-i deluxe is about the best around.

There's a few decent ones I think - my mate's just got the Gigabyte 1155 board however and there aren't any voltage regulation settings - but still sets it at stock to 1.24v(ish) so on his 3570k he can get to 4.3ghz easily enough.

You're never going to be pushing 5ghz on one, or going for records, but you can get a decent overclock on the +£100 boards if it's for gaming.

Yeh, there's enough options now to keep everything cool enough.

H100 as an exhaust in a Prodigy out the top, and graphics card intake from the side - alone with intakes front and/or back

It fits fine in the prodigy...

...But depending on the board you're using it may cover the PCIE lane - so it'd pretty useless for a gaming rig. All in one hydro coolers are pretty much the only decent option in the small cases

The MSI Z77IA-E53 has also reviewed well and has the typical mark of an MSI z77 board.

Personally I'd go H100(i) in a prodigy. Lets the motherboard and GPU breathe.

Seen already some selfmade watercooling loops in this case, 240 in the top 120 in the back and 120 in the front .. really crazy what's possible in that small case, if you remove everything you don't need.

I'd go for the Asus tbh.

I just think it's been made to be the best possible board available, then had it's price cut to make it more affordable with no decrease in quality.
