Very handy for those low power netbook/laptops that come with no opticals at all.

its aimed at laptop with no optical drives. I've heard some people are having a few problems mind you. Something about the installer getting 32/64 bit mixed up.

well with previous versions of windows if you used an OEM disc you needed and OEM key and if you used a retail disc you needed a retail key.
