memory voltage for haswell

Unstable Sloth

i will be building a computer fairly soon and i had a question about memory voltage for haswell cpus specificly the i5 4670k.

im trying to choose between an 1866 kit at 1.5v and a 2133 at 1.65v.

some people say that 1.65 is bad for the memory controller and reduce cpu lifetime.

i would prefer the higher speed as i will be using the igpu for a while
