Memory Frequency on MB

I've just finished my new rig with a Sniper M5 and 16GB of 2400Mhz memory. Looking through the BIOS upon the initial setup though I notice that the memory frequency setting in the M.I.T menu is 1330.55Mhz. Should this be 2400Mhz or am I missing the point?

You have to manually set the RAM speed. Every CMOS clear, or new build will default the RAM to 1333mhz.

There should be a memory frequency setting somewhere in the overclock settings which gives you the option to put it up to 2400mhz.
