Max frequency supported by motherboard / XMP exception???

Hello everyone!

Today I've came to ask for your support regarding new buy I'm planning.

I'd like to buy this:
Kingston 32GB KIT DDR3 2133MHz CL11 (XMP ready)

...but my mother board
Intel DZ77RE-75K Extreme Series (XMP ready)

... is supporting only up to 1300MHz frequency (written on sellers websites)

This motherboard is XMP ready and I have read on Intel support websites that with XMP I can use RAM with even bigger frequencies. I'm not a native english speaking guy, and I'm not sure if I've understood it right.

My questions:
> Can I use RAM with 2133MHz frequency on this motherboard which supports only up to 1300MHz, when it's XMP ready?
> If so, will be the whole frequency used?

I'm not a total newbie to these things, just lost track for a long time... no idea about this technology at all. :(((

Many thanks for your support!
